About Me
With compassion, my approach provides you with the support and guidance to find healing within yourself. Though the goal of therapy is to address fundamental issues around who you are, we will look at what is going on in your life today. Access to your core motivations exists in the way you live all the time. So, I will meet you exactly where you are right now and we can work together to discover how you can transcend obstacles. Since I believe humans inherently strive toward wellness and balance, awareness of the barriers holding us back allows us to consciously create the path we seek.
Education
· Master's of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health Counseling.
· Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, Minor in Women's Studies.
Experience and Credentials
· 6 years experience providing Counseling (5 years in women's health, 1 year in community mental health).
· 10 years total working in social service agencies.
· Washington State Registered Counselor.
· Member of Seattle Counselor's Association.
· Member of Washington Mental Health Counselors Association."Care is a state in which something does matter;
